When should I place my order to ensure it arrives for the wedding?
To allow for production time and any necessary alterations, we suggest ordering your attire at least 4 to 6 months before the wedding date. Standard shipping typically takes 12-16 weeks for made-to-order items.
Do you offer a 'Try Before You Buy' program?
Yes! We offer a Home Try-On program where you can choose up to three styles to be shipped directly to your door for a small fee. This allows you to test the fit and fabric quality before making a final purchase.
What is your return policy for bridesmaids dresses?
Made-to-order dresses are final sale. However, we accept returns on 'Ready to Ship' items and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Can I order fabric swatches to see the colors in person?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering fabric swatches before purchasing your dress, as colors can vary significantly between computer screens. Swatches are shipped via USPS and usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
How do I ensure all my bridesmaids' dresses match in color?
To ensure a perfect color match, we recommend that all members of your bridal party place their orders within the same 24-hour window. This ensures the dresses are cut from the same fabric dye lot.
